Toll Brother's -- Poor Customer Service, Poor Quality, Lack of Responsbility
18 months after settlement, I have PRE-SETTLEMENT issues still open. These are violations against County Land Use Codes yet still remain open issues that I have to fight thru the County as Toll refuses to acknowlege them under warranty. Have had to go to County Councilman, State Representative, etc. to get attention and action from the builder. During the building process, Toll Brother's Inc "forgot" to install a window in the Laundry Room. How can you forget something that's on a blueprint? Furthermore, they applied the blueprint of another home to mine having to tear out my dining room framing and re-do it. I had to tell them it was wrong! Completely unprofessional staff, not willing to listen to the customer after they got a signature on the contract.
