Please do not buy at home from Capital G Enterprises they are Building in West Suffield Ct they are dishonest and do not follow the plans you are given . They only do not complete homes on time and just keep leading you on WARNING DO NOT BUY A HOME IN THIS DEVELOPEMENT PRESENTLY WE ARE OUT $50,000 AND HAVE A INCOMPLETE HOME.

Capital G is a very honest and honorable organization. They are people with a high degree of ethics. We bought a house in Stratton Farms and we got everything we wanted. Of course there were and are going to be some problems with a new home, however Captail G fixed most of them on a reasonable timely basis. The rest of the issues with grading will be fixed in the spring when the ground is not frozen. We shopped around for five years looking for a builder who gives quality at a reasonable price. Capital G is this kind of organization. Based on all the builders we interviewed, Capital G has the best quality for the prices of the homes. Capital G just doesn't build houses they build a neighborhood. I would recommend them to anyone interested in building a new home.
