This builder is a production builder that uses the low bid on everything. Not consistent with contract help. Changes in subs occurs with regularity. Cannot depend on consistent quality work. Sales represenatives do not volunteer information, if you need to find out something, it is up to you to question them on changes or alternative products. We found out about options available to us from other buyers after the fact. This builder uses the minimum required for concrete products. Trys to avoid repairing and makes excuses for problems on homes that should be covered under warranty.
