Builder had no realtor. (Name edited) was great to work with and is a great craftsman. He is a hands on builder that does a lot of the work himself. His framers (not subs) were excellent also. I installed much of the outdoor items (siding, roof, etc.) and everything was incredibly strait. I install for other companies and most are real shotty. One down fall.... He is forgetful. I would recommend a punch list left in the house. Then it was not forgotten. Good luck with using (name edited).
