Silly buyer, the options are not for you, they are for the builder. House will be built the way they want it to be. Buy it or don't. They'll just keep your deposit and sell it for more. Nothing but negative interaction with the builder and the representative in the on-site office. Weeds grew around foundation of our home during framing and they wrapped the exterior right around them, we found weeds sticking out into the interior side of the framing. Oh well, they'll just wall it in with sheet rock. Sloppy. Neighbors shower leaks through the ceiling, unusable, still no response for repair in 2 weeks. Great floorplans, elevations, and location despite deplorable customer service.
