Dishonest Builder Sues his clients to Silence them over Defective Home building....

Rancho Obispo is a new community built by RW Hertel & Sons, Inc. the homes are NOT built to industry standards, home had visible MOLD growing on the walls and ceilings numerous leaks and foundation cracks. The builder was reported many times to the City and State authorities and then the builder continued to lie and cover up the building defects making threats to us owners who filed complaints to the authorities the builder never ever corrected of fixed the problems only concealed them and tried to scare us into NOT filing complaints., The State Investigated and found 95% of the homes to be Defective and NOT build to Industry standards. The builder had to buy back at least one home due to Toxic Mold and defects. Many owners complained of Mold leaks and shoddy construction and failure to correct the problems. The builder RW Hertel & Sons, Inc. then filed false and perjured lawsuits to silence it's owners from Complaining. The State investigation proved the homes are defective and leaking the builders own inspector stated the homes are built to FAIL...This builder has numerous Lawsuits and complaints state wide for defective homes.
