Comments:
there were disappointments in the upgrade process as we asked to have a 8' garage door this request was somehow overlooked and we ended up with a 7' standard size door. Also we were locked out of getting some other upgrades since the builder had already decided on what baths and how many they were getting ... so we could not upgrade to a whirlpool bath. Maytag appliances in kitchen are the cheapest in there product line. Interior paint is more like a wash. These are 1+ acre sites and fencing was very limited. !80' total length is all they did. Over all the house is nice since we added upgrades in man areas such as stool and apron on windows, floor moulding and door caseing were the upgraded to the best quality they had on hand. And since we closed without flooring we were able to shop around for better products then they offered at a better price.
