My experience with the builder and sales team was wonderful. They were all so helpful throughout the whole process. I am very happy and satisfied with the quality of workmanship that went into my home. The customer service team is also great to work with. This is a superior builder and sales team. I would highly recommend this builder to family and friends.

This builder is one of the best I've come into contact with. They were slightly late with delivery, but kept in contact and notified me of delays or changes that had to be made. The agents were especially kind and courteous and tried hard to communicate with me on all sales issues.

I would not recommend buying a home from Paramont Homes. They did not complete our home until 3 months after the expected finish date. It took them more than 2 months after our contract was signed to break ground on our empty lot. The craftsmanship was horrible and it took them a few tries to pass inspection with the city where I live. I know of countless neighbors that have had similar and much worse problems with their homes. These problems range from serious structural problems to detail things like them not putting any ventelation ducts in someones attic. Their customer service person is the only good part of their company, and she can only do so much to get things fixed. This builder always blames everything on the subcontractors and takes no responsiblity for the work that is done while building the homes. They should be on top of the subs and make sure that things are done correctly. The realtor/builder person is an absolute nightmare to work with in our development, to the point where she actually tried to talk me out of buying our home the day before our deed was to be recorded, so she could sell it to somone else the next day for a much larger commission. DO NOT BUY A PARAMONT HOME!!!!
