I was told to just note the issues for the one year walk-thru. One issue in particular was an issue even before we received the keys, and we were promised it would be fixed. To date, it has never been fixed and now the builder is saying that there is nothing wrong for them to fix. Please, remember when walking through a model home, it was made for that purpose, your home will NOT be done with the same care.
