Comments:
Homes should increase in value.
Prices were reasonable but the homes are too far from the city and the gas prices are too high. They are now way underpricing the homes and making it difficult to sell an exhisting home. We bought this place and assumed it would grow in value/equity and the models are selling for less than what we paid 2 years ago.
