Brookstone is a lousy builder!

Looking at replacement windows, seals already broken. Shingles have been replaced in several spots - not nailed down, stapled. Driveway is cracked. Put support beam in the wrong place in the basement and had to remove it and place it properly. Floor had already been poured and now bears marks from wrong placement.
