We moved in on Friday, 1 day short of five months after the dig date. Our construction supervisor was amazing. There were the little piddly things that we needed all the subs to come back for.. drywall patches, installing dimmers that weren't in stock when the electricians came for the finish electric, trim stuff, some painting touch ups and a couple tile things that needed addressing. But everything got taken care of promptly by subs who, to a one, were happy to be there and working for Miracle. The only major issue we had was a basement drain backup situation that surfaced the Saturday after we moved in. We snaked the drain pipes and found an obstruction serious enough that it may be a broken lateral pipe outside the foundation. I wasn't sure if this was still a construction issue or a waranty issue, but it was now Sunday and the office was closed. So I stopped over at the Richfield model to see if I could find someone to take care of it. The person on duty took notes, and Jacquie called us back within 30 minutes to get the details. 30 minutes after that had the lateral sub calling us to tell us they'd be here at 7:30 Monday morning to get it fixed. I didn't think that it could get any better than our first construction, but the second time exceeded anything that we could have hoped for.

All of this is strickly my opinion. The salesperson was rude. At one point we were told that either we wanted an option or we didn't. it shold make no difference to us what it costs. The house is substandard quality. 1 year after breaking ground, and 5 months after getting occupancy the home is still not finished. They refuse to fix major design issues. They knew of problems with the construction yet did not tell us about them, instead waiting until we discovered them on our own.

This was the worst experience of our lives. This company is suppose to be Christain based and they stole money from me to to the amount of approximately $1500. We terminated our contract with them before even digging for many reasons. I have heard negative things from many other people. They were the cheapest builder around, but I guess you get what you pay for.
