The customer service employees of KB Home are terrible. They do not follow up with home owners. Home owners have to continuously contact customer service to have warranty work completed. KB Home has a high turn over of customer service employees, thus making it extremely difficult to speak to someone regarding issues with the homes. After finally getting the repairs completed, there have been numerous times when the work has been poorly done and needs to be repeated. KB Home used a sub-standard window manufacturer. The screens are already falling apart and we have occupied the home for only 9 months. Sloppy detail work, such as getting paint and wood stain on the tile floors. Sales did not give us periodic updates during the construction of our home and did not schedule quarterly meetings as promised. We do not recommend this builder.
