Semi-satisfied

The builder is fine and did a quality job although the floor plan is not that great! He also was instrumental on helping us get in to our house (financially). However, the builder's rep. was horrible! She was nice until she got our money and then all of a sudden she forgot everything we had agreed on. She avoided us and when we had questions she acted like we were a thorn in her side and made us feel like we were not important!
