Fleetwood-Western Heritage Homes in Kennewick, WA

we purchased a double wide manufactured home w/a pod (20+30) from the Fleetwood company. their reps were Western Heritage Homes located on Clearwater Ave. in Kennewick, WA. the guys at heritage were wonderful, very friendly, informative, patient and even went so far as to give us there home phone # if we needed to get in touch with them after hours. Fleetwood manufacturing on the other hand was not the most interested in pleasing us as we would have liked. Our home was 2 months late. the water runs so slow in the master bath that it takes over 20 min. to fill the tub with enough water to bathe, the screen door has a lock but it has never worked and they didn't get us the back door keys for almost 2 months after we moved in. They did not install any curtains, 2 rooms have valences and the master bath has mini blinds but the living room only has the brackets for the curtain rod nothing else. I was unaware that we were even supposed to have curtains until one of our friends that moves and sets up manufactured homes heard me talking about it and said he's never set one up that didn't have curtains in it. They came in and cleaned and inspected the place before we moved in so why didn't they catch the "no curtains" thing? Well like i said the guys at Western Heritage Homes are great. Dusty was the one that we worked with the most and he is a very good representative of the company so its not there fault that i am a little upset with Fleetwood.
