Stay Away From Holmes Homes!!
House took a total of 10 months to build (townhouse - 3 to a building). Cement was cracked upon move-in, refused to do anything about it. Took a week to get a plumbing leak fixed (originated at water heater). Drywaller didn't mud the tape, and now I have tape lines everywhere on ceiling. Dryaller's "conviently" missed appointment to fix repair. Subcontractor won't return phone calls. Tub was chipped, was repaired but looks worse than it did before. Have had to re-paint multiple rooms because of peeling/chipping paint (started at 3 months). Professional painter said the paint was too watered down when applied. Multiple other problems. Salt Lake County buyers - look at McArthur or Garbett instead. There are better choices out there. Building with Holmes Homes was the worst mistake I have ever made.
