Would not ever do business with this builder again, I came within a hair of walking away from the home multiple times and losing my ernest money. Even though we paid quite a bit for upgrades to the basics the builder and subcontractor, (name edited) went as cheap as possible and tried to cut corners at every single instance they could. When I would point out that they had done something different from the plan it took a very long time to get them fixed, in one instance I got so fed up I went and reframed a 4 by 8 wall myself. They might do okay when you build with one of their standard plans, but building a custom home was a nightmare with them. My builders rep, (name edited) while nice enough, was pretty much useless. I am extremely unhappy with the builder, house was 4 months late. I give the builder a 1 star rating. If you are reading this and you have already started building with them, god help you. Company recently changed its name from Mark Higley construction to Titan after the owner Mr Higley died. Company works primarily in the Syracuse area and surrounding townships.
