From the time I signed the purchase agreement until 6 months after closing, it has been one head ache after another. Now that I've dealt with a real builder (as Holmes was my first), I understand what I had been missing. The list of issues with this builder is a long one. To sum it up, there are better builders out there that give you everything Holmes has to offer - and more - for the same price.
