Cameo Homes are high end custom builders that have wonderful subs. They gave us a choice between a fixed or cost-plus contract. We went with the fixed contract and had no surprises or disappointments. Much of the craftmanship of their subs, the materials used, and the details done, exceeded our expectations. We are now finished and very good friends with our builders. I am happy to allow them to send their potential clients to our home to see the work they have done. Thanks (edited)!
