The worst experience of my life was buying a Keystone Builder's home.

Keystone Builders of Hardin's Landing in Spring Hill, Tennessee are the absolute worst home builders on the planet! After moving in, we began finding defects we didn't see prior to purchase... but were confident they would honor their warranty. But they gave us the run around and finally declared that there would be no more repairs. We and our neighbors have reported crooked walls, cracked concrete, damaged floors, holes left in the drywall, electrical that sparks and malfunctions, crooked toilets and sinks, loose and noisy upstairs floors, leaking roofs, and on and on. They do not wrap any of their homes with moisture wrap and use mostly green lumber for framing... and hire almost all non english speaking workers. These people are dishonest and fraudulent. Rather than buying a Keystone Builder's home... just buy a tent, and you'll be happier. The worst experience of my life was buying a Keystone Builder's home.

Production homes are nothing but trouble.

Have had to threaten the President of the company with a lawsuit twice in order to get problems addressed and fixed. Local builder's Representatives and empolyees are horrible. They graded my two neighbor's lots to drain right through the middle of my yard, a few feet from my foundation, creating a river after charging us an extra lot premium. They put my neighbor to the left's driveway on my property and my neighbor to the right's fence on my property. As of today my neighbor to the right has no air conditioning due to improper installation, and they are waiting 24 hours for the builder to admit fault and fix it or they will file suit. Keystone has been terrible!
