The house we purchased from Colonial Homes has been the best home we have ever purchased. This builder really cares about people and the construction of the home. We ended up finding this house when another builder that had been building our house for the past six months voided our contract nine days before closing. At that point, we had to find somewhere to live and ended up meeting the builder of Colonial Homes. We explained what had happened and he informed us he had some houses that were ready to move in. We looked at one of his houses and loved it. He was extremely accomadating to our situation. We closed on this home a day before we were scheduled to close on the home we had built. We actually like the looks and finishing touches this builder adds better than the one we had built!!!! My husband and I have learned a valuable lesson about mass builders and agree if we ever build another house, it would not only be a small builder, but it would have to be built by Colonial Homes. Thank You Colonial Homes!!!!
