Comments:
The builder rarely accepted my calls and took days to return a call. His timeline for items that needed to be compelted after closing due to weather was never available we were told they will get to it when they can. The final grade of the property is of poor quality and the quality of the top soil is very bad and it barely 4 inches on top of clay.
