After a year of problems with out Marvin patio doors, we finally got the builder to have the bad Marvin doors replaced. The builder furnished new Pella Doors and I installed them, to make sure they were done correctly.. Have exposed nails on shingles and roofer says not a problem or looks bad. Wonder why the manufacturer says to have nails concealed???? Still working on the shingle problem. Almost 2 years now
