The builder is a man of integrity and has a lot of people who have been his workers for many years. His plumbers, brick layers, carpenters, etc. do an excellent job. Inside and out, he builds an excellent house. He has also never missed a closing date that I know about. He finishes on time and in a shorter than average time. Noone is unhappy.
