Pricing is right on . Layouts of the homes make sense. Craftmanship is top notch. Every subcontractor seemed to be an honest , hard working group . I was there every day to check on things so I know. Personal relationship with the owner was great. Interior design team was very knowledgable. Superior walls standard!!!! Trane, GE, Moen. appliances are above builder grade.
