Great process. We purchased the home after completion. Settled in less than 30 days. Settlement process and transition went smooth. Very courteous and professional company. Fun Experience.

You won't find a better builder
We are very very pleased with our Garman home. Garman Builders has an excellent design & management team which makes the process very smooth. Building a home is not an exact science so there will be some mistakes or errors along the way. However, they made every effort to ensure that the final product met our expectations. I highly encourage everyone to meet with the Garmans before you decide on your homebuilder.
