I had the house inspected by an engineer when it was finnished. Major defects were found. No window flashing, bad roof truss, uneven floors, major electrical problem, roof shingles started wrong, drip edge installed wrong, hundreds of nail pops , back splash moving away from the wall, very wavy siding.
