Charter Homes does not care about its home owners just their bottom line. Employee turnover is horrible. You had someone new every week. Even worse was that each new person knew less than the one before. Totally inflexible on anything. Warranty Department is a joke. Don't settle on home unless every single thing is done. Charter Homes used to be a great home builder, not any more. Build with someone else.
