He raised the original contract price by the amount of the deposit. In addition, we purchased our own blueprint which we have documentation for and he put some yellow stickies on it and proiceeded to tell the bank the bank that it was his blueprint. We have documentation to support this unfortunate situation.

H & R Custom Homes stole our deposit from us and increased the contract amount by the amount of the deposit. They also promised a certain kitchen/bathroom allowance and then backed out of what they said and reduced it by thousands. They promised in writing they would not deposit our monies and did and now we are out the money. Don't use this builder as he is dishonest.
