Beware of DAN RYAN!!

sales rep said our lawn would be sod, it was seed. foundation painted wrong color, and on wet concrete, chipped immediatley, said it was the right paint. After arguing, I finally got the RIGHT paint. Weather stripping on front door needed to be replaced--guy just cut off the loose part, left the door with NO weather stripping. Much painting & nail pops either not repaired or done poorly, though guys said it WAS done. After complaining, they finallyl redid it. Master bedroom carpet had to be replaced. It took 4 TIMES for them to get it right. Love the house--hate Dan Ryan. Very deceptive people; try to do a band-aid approach, instead of actually fixing a problem correctly. Okay to buy from them IF you pay attention and micromanage their work to make sure everything is done, because THEY won't!
