We built our home with P&D 7 years ago and were very pleased with the whole process minus a few isolated incidents that were resolved in the end. We went back to them recently to possibly build our new home but found them to be quite expensive now. One thing that is still very attractive is their flexibility in allowing the homeowner to do work equity. Their list and build program can't be beat as it guarantees the sale of your current home at market value before your new home is completed or they will buy it themselves at the market value price. Our only reason for not choosing them again was simply price.
