Builder did not have our entire lot cleared and the lawn sewn as was agreed upon. They said it was because our lot is larger than the other ones next to ours. This is not our problem they knew the lot size and it should have been cleared. Also, builder did not pay medina county permit for gas company. We got our first bill and there was a $125.00 charge for the permit. We call the gas co. Knox Energy and was told the builder did pay this charge in the past but now they have the first home owner billed for it. I don't feel this is right. This charge is included in the original cost of the home. Also, they gave us the wrong information on the gas co. The list they provided us showed Columbia Gas as our supplier, but when we called them we were told they did not service our area. We wanted nicked door knobs & hinges and asked for they at our selection meeting and was told that it is not an option. Now after we are in our home guess what you can get . . . nickel knobs & hinges. These are little items I know, but are still annoying. We did have our home professionally inspected and he found no major problems.
