They drag their feet to fix warranty issues hoping you will get tired and quit bothering them. They poor the foundation with a slump factor of 3, when it should be a 5-7. Alot of the homes foundations are cracking. If they poor your porch or driveway in the winter, if it gets cold, the finish will crack on it, and they will say that is within the industry standards. The windows are terrible. Only the bottoms tilt in, not the tops. They are thin and drafty.
