Mark Bradley Homes in Trails of Four Bridges - A poor experience

The owner, sales rep, and site manager were all very difficult to reach by phone. The only way to reach them was to call and leave a message on voicemail and wait for a return call. If you weren't at the phone when they called you missed out and started the process over again. RIDICULOUS. Quality of subcontractors were very inconsistent. Some were outstanding while others were horrendous. Owner/builder did not like being contacted by me, and to my knowledge has never been on my property with me to go over issues.
