The builder is very hard to communicate with when trying to get repairs done to the house. He is rude and will leave belittling comments on your answering machine when you contact him. We would never build another house with this builder. His interior work on the house was sloppy (our wood floors have gaps between the boards, dry walls are cracking at the seams, paint drippings on the base boards).
