Don't buy from Kansas City Homes, L.L.C.
Builder's representative was a young kid that liked to lie and didn't follow through when he said he would do something. The builder would never return phone calls, he would just give them to his representative (his cousin) to make the calls. Builder was more interested in getting his money than talking to and pleasing the customer. I have plumbing that has no drop to it under my basement slab and it is a finished basement. They won't work with me on it. They just say that the city inspector passed it. That may be true, but before the slab was poured someone stepped down on the lines or dropped something on them and now I have about 1" of water that stays in an 8' area and doesn't drain out to the sewer. I have asked that they install a power flush toliet in the basement so it will shoot the stuff past the flat spot. I get no response from them.
