Two windows leak water. Fireplace not built per blue prints. Master shower puddles water and doesn't drain. Tile grout keeps falling off. Drywall not painted. Over spray everywhere. paint all over woodwork. Interior varnish on exterior door. Sump pump pit filled with constructions debris and drain tile clogged. Too many things to mention. Then, two months after closing he brings us over $32,000 worth of bills he said his wife misfiled and he wants paid. Not one 32K bill, but several bills misfiled that he forgot about.
