Was very difficult to get hold of builder himself had to deal with office person who would leave him a note then office would call me. Builder dropped ball on finish date and other items that he said he would do. House was agreed upon to be used as a model in exchange for upgrades, that didn't happen. Mistakes were made by builder's subs in cabinets, concrete, doors, lighting. Builder was courteous at all times when I dealt with him. House is as of yet incomplete. Flooring, countertops, vanity tops not installed. Deal was made for house in October.
