Lundgren vs. Lennar
When the change in ownership from Lundgren to Lennar took place, there was a decline in service and willingness to work with us on some of the issues we had with our grading of our side yards. We were never completely satisfied with the end result. It seemed that Lennar was pinching pennies and not willing to "make the customer happy" as I think that Lundgren would have been.
