****MIDWEST HOMES - Not the best, not the worst****
It seems like Midwest Homes has scheduling problems related to warranty work as it is sometimes requires numerous phone calls and correspondence to get the appropriate work done. In fairness to Midwest Homes, the work seems to eventually get done although the workmanship generally leaves a bit to be desired. Midwest Homes apparently uses substandard concrete in their driveways as many Midwest homes have driveways which are cracking and popping, something Midwest claims is "normal". If you're a potential customer who doesn't want a driveway that will look deplorable within a year or two, you should either look for a different builder or specify that they not use cheap concrete as exhibited in driveways on Chartreuse and Mahogany Way
