Poor construction, squeaky floors though they had a no squeak garuANTEE, the windows are the worst windows I have seen in any newer construction recently, and when we asked for an upgrade, we were told that we HAVE the upgrade (!), the plumbing froze in our upper bathroom because of a design flaw that the plumber TOLD the builder about, but the builder said it would cost too much to fix it, so they didn't fix the design, they just let the pipes freeze and burst then they fixed it, the list goes on and on...
