Basement issues

Horrific basements problems. During construction when the basement was poured the back corner of the basement colspsed- partly due to errors on the part of the builder. When I told them I needed the section cut out and repoured they said they would. Instead they did a shoddy repair job and kept assuring me about the 10 year warrenty. I now have a law suit to get the basement completely redone in that section. It makes my house unsellable- even during the best of times.
