Comments:
Kimberly Homes should be avoided.
Kimberly Homes normal tactic is to build enough to pass final inspection and get the use and occupancy certificate. The contract then forces you to close on the property though all work is not completed yet. After closing Kimberly stalls on completing the work. Hardball tactics will be required to complete the work. We used a sign on our propery that said "We are not happy with our Kimberly Home". This greatly affected the sales on their nearby properties. We also got a local newspaper story on our problem. Kimberly responded only after these tactics were used.
