Do not buy a Ryan or NVR home-they are connected and both will cheat you

We went with the builder, Ryans Morgage co, who in turn finished our basement-just the walls(not the bathroom), $25,000 of 1st $50,000. We were told to pay 445, 000 downpayment and after that they would not start process till we gave them $400 to do an apprasial (NVR owns Ryan). They caharged us 1 pt and our interest rate was .7650. We were lie to by the sales rep about the size of our lot and only showed me our plat with no acreage on it, never showed me the master plot. We have no records sent to us by Ryan with oyr acreage on it except our apprasial which was done in Oct and sent to us after we moved in (Nov 30th. After moving in we discovered multple drywall errors-rippled drywall, holes in places, terrible trim work, cracks which became worse, windows poorly installed in basement -had air coming in, doors not inserted corectly. crack across porch, crack in foundation, crack developed in furnace room floor, front door not caulked. Ryan sent in new crew who works for Ryan but not owned by Ryan to fix the mistakes the immigrants cause because they are not experienced in building houses-do not speak English-how do they read a blueprint? We are still in proces of having house fixed. Ryan refused do do anything about their sales rep lying to us. We got a master plot of the neighborhood from the surveyor and not one lot in this coomunity is over 1/4 acre. The sales rep told us we were getting 1/3 acre. he stated he made a mistake! Ryan has lied to us, has used unqualified cheap labor to build houses, has stolen from us financially by the apprasial, point and interest rates! This should be illegal. I have 2 six yr olds and we are taking care of my 84 yr old mother who also has to go through this and Ryan could care less!
