Gemcraft Homes -NEVER Again Horrible Service & Quality !

The builder never repaired all of the problem in our home after closing. Eventually they even stopped calling us back. Yes there is a warranty, but it cost money to file claims. After being subjected to this builder's irresponsible, lying ways.. we decided to do the remaining repairs ourselves and save the big headache.. and our money. Besides I did better work than almsot anyone the builder sent to my home...they don't care...just throw things up and slap them together. It is unfortunate that other homes in my neighborhood have had more expensive problems like plumbing , and have been ignored by Gemcraft homes. Everyone lies...from the saleperson to the laborers to the upper management. Oh, even the secretaries---"they are in a meeting, can I take a message?" I have had such a horrible experience with Gemcraft Homes that i will never ever in my life have another home built by any builder! I will buy used.
