Positive Experience from Start to Present

During the first meeting with the builder / developer, all communication was very clear and consistent. This was our first experience building a home, and the entire process was made easier by the builder and his office. If a similar subdivision was developed by this builder / developer (similar size lake, similar size neighborhood, similar variation of homesites) in any other area of Lafayette LA MSA, we would consider selling and relocating to that neighborhood with a larger home (1800-2200 sq ft) on the lake.
