Our experience has been anything but good. Our builder did nothing but put us off on repairs and warranty items for the first year. After our warranty ran out, he did nothing that he promised. We are left with plywood flooring in our foyer that was once marble. We have a patio that is falling apart just to name a few things. We also have uncovered structrual defects in our home that our builder refuses to address. We are almost 2 years from closing and still fighting to get our home fixed correctly. We are a couple with 3 children under 4 and do not have time or money to deal with all these issues. We are now having to spend more money to get an attorney and fight for what we thought we paid for when we bought our home.
