The workmanship was fine it was the quality of material used. He "tried out" some new companies for some of the products, like the windows, and they were less than satisfactory. The builder did not even ask if this was OK. He just did it. The yardwork is also less than respectable. It has already been redone three times and will need to be redone a fourth.
