Comments:
Communication was low during the building of our town home, several options were miscommunicated and instead of solutions or options being dicusscused we were given the response well that's just how it's going to be. During our final walk through we noticed two foot size holes in the drywall leading to the unfinished basement. The response was the basement is considered an unfinished area of the home and therefore sold as is. No budging on repairing the very noticable holes. Although they did comply with the request to clean up the basement floor as a white messy film covered the entire floor. We've had 2 water issues that required prompt attention, both were met in a reasonable time frame, although cosmetically nothing was done. The most noticiable being the fireplace vent on the roof letting water into our attic that saturated through the ceiling of the second bedroom, the seal to the vent was fixed promptly but nothing has been done about the 3 foot crack in our ceiling. We like our home overall, but wish the builder had a more customer centered attitude towards building.
