Working with this builder was an absolute pleasure. They are professional, knowledgeable, and very trust-worthy. we were a little nervous when we decided to build a custom house from out-of-state. Amazingly, we found the process with to be fun and relatively simple. We felt secure knowing that they were taking care of all the details for us, without leaving us out of any of the decisions (since we are very detail-oriented people with definite opinions!) Our new house is exactly what we wanted and the quality is excellent. If/when we ever decide to build again, we look forward to collaborating with this builder.

We have been very pleased with our new home. They are outstanding to work with. They strive to make your new home perfect in every way. They have beautiful craftmanship and will tailor your new home to exactly how you want it. The quality of our home is superior.I strongly recommend them, especially if you are looking for a custom built home with great craftmanship.

K & V exemplify the values that should be the basis for builder relationships. They are a quality driven company that is incredibly customer focused. We really appreciated their desire to build us the best home possible. I'd recommend them without hesitation.
